House has 2 levels:

First level: 2 bedrooms (Bedroom 1 = 1 king bed) (Bedroom 2- = 1 King bed and 2 twin beds) , (No AC on the living room)

Ground level: 3 Bedrooms (2 king beds and 4 twin beds- bunk beds) and the gazebo with a queen bed.

In total you have: 4 King beds, 6 twin beds, 1 queen bed

CHECK IN AFTER 4 PM CHECK OUT BEFORE 10 AM

You have direct acces to the beach through the gate. Beach items included with the house, big patio with BBQ area. Car is neccesary , we can help with cars.

All rooms has Air conditioning.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Policy: We do not Refund Any deposit. You can change the dates free of cost within 3 months after your reservation. Dates like Holly Week, Labor day , thanks giving , Chrystmas… do not apply.
